One coed assume that the enemy, having learned the preemies.,
would now try even more to penetrate our intelligence Sommmnioetions via
oeneorehip. A cheek of the mail which has gone in in the last few months
has shown, however, that no new special oeuvres have been taken in the :
field of censorship. The elapsed times were approximately the sami and
the proportion of letters which had demonetrably gone through censorship
was no larger than before the flaps. Roweeer, one must assume that there
will be a sharpening of censorship in the next year.
The resultant situation in regard to the Were use of the
stove-sexed inks is that they can still be used without hesitation for
the time being, as long as oars is taken that the sender cannot be found
out, even as a result of discovery and decoding of the secret writing. .
The secret ink promises have generally proven themselves to be quite good
up. to now, and play i deolsive role today in the trenamittal of reports
