This undated, secret Central Intelligence Agency debriefing memo to the Chief, CSOB, records the life story of Clevland O. Hahn, a Latvian born in 1919. It covers his family and pre-war life, the Soviet and German occupations of Latvia, his anti-communist resistance group at the Jelgava Academy, and his post-war activities in Sweden. An appendix gives numbered biographic notes on Latvian emigres, intelligence figures and police officers. The document contains no UFO material.

of reaping the harvest of farmers who had been departed. Worked 2
months and reaped and took care of 14 farms in Tukums vicinity. .Left
for Riga, end of September, and registerdd with SW League to join a
Latvian National but Germans did not agree to it. Was later in
uSD" in Minsk. He remained in Kurzeme.

within a section of the ”Latvian Card File," under Rickard. It seems .
to Hahn they were being used as a Latvian Army care which would be

Dirdktion des ). When the SW
League Card File was outlawed by the German Army in December 1941,
Celmins left it and joined.the General's organization.
