Documents / FOIA release
This is a Central Intelligence Agency cable dated 14 February 1952, released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act from the Sergie Shebalin file. It is a poor-quality scan. It says the subject has found work in Vienna and has accepted the cover arrangement suggested in a referenced message, and that documentation will be secured as soon as possible. A note for Frankfurt only mentions documents needed to provide the cover. The text says nothing about unidentified aerial phenomena.

FOIA release, from the cia-readingroom collection. The PDF is mirrored here; the original link is above. The file has little machine-readable text, so it is probably a scan awaiting OCR. 1 pages are in the text index: search them above, or from the library's search.
