This is a CIA pouch dispatch dated 24 March 1954, sent by the Chief of Mission in Frankfurt to the Chief of BOB. It was declassified in 2007 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act and filed with the Arno Scholz records. It lists special connections that the Mission Project Review Board reviewed and approved for continued contact because they cost little in time and money. Some approvals carry qualifications, including a warning to use caution given the connections' official ties. The dispatch does not discuss UFOs.
