This Central Intelligence Agency name trace file was released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act and centers on Lothar Greil. It includes a 6 April 1956 request from the 7982 USAREUR Liaison Group asking for file searches on about ten individuals, among them Greil, Erich Kernmayer and Angela Witte. The CIA base replies quote file extracts saying Greil became president of the "Association of Harmed and Threatened by Communism" in Munich. They also describe Kernmayer as a writer and former officer. The file contains no UFO material.

1) GRA-14798, 14 April 1955: Lothar OREIL of Munich 12, Landsbergerstrasse I/IV attended the meeting to establish the "Association of Harned and Threatened by Communism." Mr. OREIL accepted and took over the presidency and also the position of secretary. 2) GGN-15567. 23 May 1956. 2) BGHA-15567, 23 May 1955. On 28 January 1955, HISSE and HOLF gathered the seven founding members (the minimum number necessary to register a society) in HISSE's billets at Munich 22, Gowurgmuchlstr 19/11.
