This Central Intelligence Agency name trace file was released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act and centers on Lothar Greil. It includes a 6 April 1956 request from the 7982 USAREUR Liaison Group asking for file searches on about ten individuals, among them Greil, Erich Kernmayer and Angela Witte. The CIA base replies quote file extracts saying Greil became president of the "Association of Harmed and Threatened by Communism" in Munich. They also describe Kernmayer as a writer and former officer. The file contains no UFO material.

COS files contain a request for traces on Angela WITTE (address: Duchan, Am Heideweg 4), in ECMA-8793, 20 November 1999, which contains requests on 14 individuals. The despatch was slugged DIALOG/DIATOM, and listed no reference or reason for requesting traces. Please provide COS with a suitable reply for MID. 3. COS will not reply to MID until replies from UPS received. 3. CUS will not reply to MID until replies from MOB and PCB are received. 4. CUS files contain no trusses. 4. Cues files contain no traces on Subjects A, C, D, F, H and J of Attendance.
