This Central Intelligence Agency file, declassified in 2006 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, is a September 1954 routing sheet that forwards a set of source reports. They describe a source's meetings with a contact named Richter from January to August 1954. The source passed Richter reports on émigré groups, including Polish, Bulgarian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian ones, and was paid 200 DM a month. The legible text contains no discussion of UFO or UAP sightings.
