This Central Intelligence Agency dispatch, found in the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act file on Emil Hoffmann and declassified in 2007, is badly garbled in the scan. It appears to go to the Chief of Base, Berlin, and forwards copies of correspondence named in an earlier reference, including memos and a letter that answered an All Agency Check Form. The text says nothing about any UFO sighting, even though a routing line reads "UFOs."
