This Central Intelligence Agency file is a compilation of Top Secret Director's Log entries from September and December 1951. The entries are daily reports from CIA offices such as OSO, OPC and OO on covert operations and intelligence matters. They cover leaflet drops over mainland China, agent teams sent into Albania and Bulgaria, plans for defector detention centers in Panama, liaison with British, French and Spanish services, and the opening of the Trotsky papers at Harvard. None of the entries mentions UFOs.

DCI has received a letter from President Truman indicating that:
(a) considerable progress has been made in the development Sent to DD/A

anxious that maximum planning be completed now; and
(c) he has asked Mr. David H. Stowe to discuss this matter
with DCI.
