This Central Intelligence Agency file is a compilation of Top Secret Director's Log entries from September and December 1951. The entries are daily reports from CIA offices such as OSO, OPC and OO on covert operations and intelligence matters. They cover leaflet drops over mainland China, agent teams sent into Albania and Bulgaria, plans for defector detention centers in Panama, liaison with British, French and Spanish services, and the opening of the Trotsky papers at Harvard. None of the entries mentions UFOs.

ask for information linking Brown with financial control
of radical labor organs and propaganda media. The CIA
agent states that, in his opinion, the information
collected may be used as a basis for launching a campaign
against Brown in the US Congress.
