This Central Intelligence Agency file is a compilation of Top Secret Director's Log entries from September and December 1951. The entries are daily reports from CIA offices such as OSO, OPC and OO on covert operations and intelligence matters. They cover leaflet drops over mainland China, agent teams sent into Albania and Bulgaria, plans for defector detention centers in Panama, liaison with British, French and Spanish services, and the opening of the Trotsky papers at Harvard. None of the entries mentions UFOs.

Maritime Division, and a representative of
CIA, re the ARC Wing Program. Mr. Villard was
thoroughly briefed and promised to support the
program to the best of his ability. .The'con-
-fereesagreed that:
(a) The Wing should be developed gradually so
that there would not be large troop movements
in the area at the same time:--
- (b) There should be a minimum amount of pub-
licity; -
(c) Insofar as is possible, the, Britisbj sh'ould, .
be informed;. and
"'(d) Mr. Villard should naturally be kept fully
informed.
MISCELTANEOUS
Mr. Haraden Pratt, Telecommunications Advisor AD/Communications for
