This Central Intelligence Agency file is a compilation of Top Secret Director's Log entries from September and December 1951. The entries are daily reports from CIA offices such as OSO, OPC and OO on covert operations and intelligence matters. They cover leaflet drops over mainland China, agent teams sent into Albania and Bulgaria, plans for defector detention centers in Panama, liaison with British, French and Spanish services, and the opening of the Trotsky papers at Harvard. None of the entries mentions UFOs.

AT OF DATE- )CUMENT RECEIVED FROM TO SUBJECT ACTION 00 The Army has arranged totransport to Okinawa the captured Chinese Volunteer Corps (Korea) captain who was broughtto the US for intensive interrogation in early August. Although under AFSA sponsorship, the captain has been in the custody of Contact Division. His departure will free facilities which can beused to house a defector--a Soviet tank captain-- who now is living at the Virginia Plantation.
