This Central Intelligence Agency file is a compilation of Top Secret Director's Log entries from September and December 1951. The entries are daily reports from CIA offices such as OSO, OPC and OO on covert operations and intelligence matters. They cover leaflet drops over mainland China, agent teams sent into Albania and Bulgaria, plans for defector detention centers in Panama, liaison with British, French and Spanish services, and the opening of the Trotsky papers at Harvard. None of the entries mentions UFOs.

prominent officials of the Yugoslav goverinint; and has
been decorated by Tito for services rendered to the.

returned to New York after five years of valuable

offers to serve as adviser to Yugoslav commercial enter-
prises.
Mr. John Bruce Lockhart, who is replacing Mr. M. A. C.
Silverwood-Cope as British Secret Service liaison
representative in Washington, will arrive about 28 November.
Mr. Cope will return to London at the end of the year.
