This Central Intelligence Agency file is a compilation of Top Secret Director's Log entries from September and December 1951. The entries are daily reports from CIA offices such as OSO, OPC and OO on covert operations and intelligence matters. They cover leaflet drops over mainland China, agent teams sent into Albania and Bulgaria, plans for defector detention centers in Panama, liaison with British, French and Spanish services, and the opening of the Trotsky papers at Harvard. None of the entries mentions UFOs.

of the Contractual Agreements between the. Tripartite coordinate with
Powers and the Geman Federal Republic, with the DD/P
recommendation that a subcommittee of theNIAC be
appointed to effect the necessary intelligence planning
incident to the new U. S. relationship with the Geman
Republic.
