This is a report of investigation by the Central Intelligence Agency's Office of Inspector General, dated 18 July 2014. It covers Agency access to Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff files on RDINet, the network built for the Senate review of the rendition, detention and interrogation program. The report found that five Agency employees improperly accessed the SSCI Majority shared drive and that three IT staff lacked candor. It also found no factual basis for the CIA crimes report against SSCI staff.

9. I think we are all in agreement on the computer issue. In a nutshell, you will have a walled off hard drive on our network. No CIA personnel with the exception IT support will have access to the hard drive. The only reason for IT access to the hard drive is for IT maintenance and support. This includes adding material to your hard drive for your review. The SSCI retains ownership of anything created on this drive, it is SSCI property and will be handled accordingly vis-à-vis the FOIA.. 10. I think that covers the main issues of our discussion. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I am interested in coming to a resolution, one way or another, as quickly as we can.
