Iden C stated that Subject came carrying a message to Carlos PRIO Socorra from Iden I. LCFLUTTER indicates that Subject did not come for Iden I. Subject stated that Iden I is not currently active in any clandestine work or planning.

Idon C stated that he had the impression that Subject was detained by G-2 for about three weeks in or around March 1962. LOPLUTTEM indicates that Subject was not arrested during that period.

For no particular reason, the examiner asked Subject if he had any affiliation with the Armed Forces of National Liberation (Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional - FALN). LGFLUTTER indicates that he has no connection with that organization.

CONTENT: Although LCFLUTTER indicates that Subject was not sent by any intelligence service, enough interesting points appear in his file that he remains of some interest to the examiner. It is suggested that prior to taking any actions which could seriously jeopardize ODY0KE interests, based on information from this Subject, that he be reFLUTTERed. Any significant information which Cl might encounter in the interim will be useful during future testing in guiding the examiner to areas which might not have been given sufficient attention during the first series of interviews.
