This Central Intelligence Agency letter, dated 30 June 2020 and signed by Information and Privacy Coordinator Mark Lilly, responds to Timothy S. Cooper under reference F-2018-01132. It confirms that on 24 February 2020 the Agency received his 14 February 2020 appeal to the Agency Release Panel. His FOIA request sought DCI General Walter B. Smith's weekly Friday Black Book briefing to President Truman for 19 December 1952 on flying saucers, plus related documents. The letter asks him to keep using the case reference number.
