This is a final response letter from the Central Intelligence Agency, dated 23 January 2020 and signed by Information and Privacy Coordinator Mark Lilly, to Timothy S. Cooper about FOIA request F-2018-01132. Cooper had asked for DCI General Walter B. Smith's weekly Black Book briefing to President Truman of 19 December 1952 on "flying saucers" and any related documents. The CIA located four documents totaling eleven pages. It released them with deletions under FOIA exemptions (b)(1), (b)(3) and (b)(6), and it explained Cooper's appeal and mediation rights.
