This is a FOIA follow-up letter from requester Timothy S. Cooper to the Central Intelligence Agency, dated July 9, 2019, which the CIA's FOIA Requester Service Center stamped as received on July 18, 2019. Under reference F-2018-01132, Cooper asks for a status report on his August 17, 2018 request. That request sought DCI General Walter B. Smith's Weekly Friday Black Book Briefing to President Truman for 19 December 1952 on "flying saucers", along with any related documents.
