This is a Central Intelligence Agency acknowledgment letter dated 30 August 2018, signed by Information and Privacy Coordinator Allison Fong and sent to Timothy S. Cooper under reference F-2018-02317. It confirms receipt of his Freedom of Information Act request for a DCI special briefing document and notes on UFOs and a United States Government UFO program. The request says DCI Allen W. Dulles and DDP Richard Bissell gave this briefing to President-Elect John F. Kennedy at Palm Beach on 18 November 1960. The CIA waived fees and said a search would follow.

Kennedy given by DCI Allen W. Dulles and DDP Richard Bissell, Jr. at Palm Beach, Florida, on 18 November 1960.
