This is a Central Intelligence Agency acknowledgment letter dated 25 June 2018 and signed by Information and Privacy Coordinator Allison Fong. It confirms receipt of Timothy S. Cooper's Freedom of Information Act request, reference F-2018-01809. Cooper asked for records of DCI Walter B. Smith's meeting with President Truman on January 6, 1953, which was held to brief Truman on "flying saucers". The letter says the Agency will search for records covering that date range and has waived the fees.
