This Central Intelligence Agency Directorate of Intelligence reference aid, ALA 83-10064, is dated June 1983. It lists major international and domestic events affecting Cuba between 1 January and 31 December 1982, arranged alphabetically by country, plus sections on the Nonaligned Movement and the Palestine Liberation Movement. Entries include Cuban troops in Angola, Cuban support for Argentina in the Falklands dispute, and trade and cooperation agreements with many nations. It does not discuss UFOs.

GHANA
Jorge Risquet welcomes Chris Bukari Atim, a member of Ghana’s Provisional
National Defense Council upon is arrival in Havana. Atim and his delegation tour
