This Central Intelligence Agency Office of General Counsel memorandum, OGC 78-2170, is dated 6 April 1978 and comes from Assistant General Counsel A. R. Cinquegrana. It sends Agency officers a computerized list, current as of early February 1978, of litigation, investigations and congressional inquiries that extend how long relevant records must be kept. The alphabetical index links names, programs and topics to cases such as Halkin v. Helms and the Kennedy and King assassination probes. It lists Flying Saucers and UFOs under Ground Saucer Watch v.
