This Current Intelligence Bulletin was issued by the Central Intelligence Agency on 15 October 1955 and released in 2019. Its first item passes on a US Air Force cable. The cable says Senator Richard Russell, Lt. Col. E. U. Hathaway and Ruben Efron, travelling by train in the Transcaucasus on 4 October 1955, saw two circular flying discs take off almost vertically near Alyat Station, with searchlights nearby. The bulletin's other items cover Morocco, Yugoslav and Soviet relations and a planned Peronista strike.

To a suggestion that perhaps the Yugoslavs do not care for Mikoyan, the TASS man replied, "They don't care for anybody but themselves. They think they are a great power ."\ \ Comment The Yugoslav government probably feels it is now opportune to curb any impression in Moscow that the USSR holds a privileged position in Belgrade. Tito has recently rebuked several Yugoslav editors for a too pro-Soviet slant taken by Yugo- slav journalists.
