This Current Intelligence Bulletin was issued by the Central Intelligence Agency on 15 October 1955 and released in 2019. Its first item passes on a US Air Force cable. The cable says Senator Richard Russell, Lt. Col. E. U. Hathaway and Ruben Efron, travelling by train in the Transcaucasus on 4 October 1955, saw two circular flying discs take off almost vertically near Alyat Station, with searchlights nearby. The bulletin's other items cover Morocco, Yugoslav and Soviet relations and a planned Peronista strike.
