This Central Intelligence Agency file, dated 29 September 1975, collects Office of Security memoranda written while the Senate Select Committee was investigating the Agency. Staff were told to alert former employees about possible committee contact over Project MERRIMAC/RESISTANCE, and the file answers committee questions about Hayes International and Bay of Pigs pilots. It also records staff interviews about CIA name checks at NSA and a Justice Department request for records on domestic electronic surveillance. It contains no material on UFOs.

-1 I - 5 September 1975 MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD SUBJECT: Internal Revenue Service Request for Additional Information l. On 5 September 1975 Special Agent Stephen Marica, IRS, who is working with Special Agents Walter Rourke and Sally Grau investigating alleged improper access to IRS records, called to request additional information from CIA files. 2. Special Agent Marica specifically requested that the Office of Security files be searched in the names of the following individuals and that IRS be furnished with the same type of information that was previously furnished by memorandum dated l7 June 1975: David E.
