Agency's incursion into his professional or personal operations,

7. In view of the Director's coricern over the proposecl
BRANDY book, SUGAR coverage should be predicated on obtaining

of this work. It is thought that the Centralpoint for this segment
of _BRAl\IDY's activity may be in NewLYork\CIty and, at such times
he may travel to that location, it is hoped that a suificient nmnber
of the SUGAR team rnombers be able to accoxnpany him on such
journeys. Arrangements have already been made with NYFO to
render support to the applicable WFO SUGAR tearn members who
rnay be required to conduct operations in the New York City area.
