with D/NIO. Critchfield's name probably should be deleted.
rr. ll Decernber 1972 — The reference to two unidentified
State cables does not constitute confirmation that there were
in fact such cables. I think it is releasable.
ss. 12 December l972 — The first item in the minutes
not only confirms the Anderson reference to a State cable ,
it raises the third Agency rule.
tt. 13 December 1972 — No problems. _
uu. 18 December 1972 - No problem, although OLC
might want to look at it carefully.
vv. 19 December 1972 - No problems.

xx. 21 December 1972 — No problems.
2. It is noted that all of the minutes have a Top Secret-
Sensitive marking. Some of the material, obviously, does not
fall into that category. Some, conceivably, may involve special
code words that don't appear in these minutes. People with
technical competence ought to weigh in on consideration of that
question. _ .
