This Central Intelligence Agency file, dated 29 September 1975, collects Office of Security memoranda written while the Senate Select Committee was investigating the Agency. Staff were told to alert former employees about possible committee contact over Project MERRIMAC/RESISTANCE, and the file answers committee questions about Hayes International and Bay of Pigs pilots. It also records staff interviews about CIA name checks at NSA and a Justice Department request for records on domestic electronic surveillance. It contains no material on UFOs.

SUBJECT: Internal Revenue Service Request far
Additional Infermation
1. On S September 1975 Special Agent Stephen
Marisa, IRS, who is working with Special Agents Walter
Rourke and Sally Gran investigating alleged improper
access to IRS records, ca11e& to request additional
information from CIA files.
2. Special Agant Marisa specifically requested
that the Office of Security files be searched in the
names of the following individuals and that IRS be
furnished with the same type of infermation that was
previously furnished by memnrandum dated 17 June 1975:
David F. Murphy
Eéwaré A. Movick
Isabel A. Ncvick
3. I requested a written request, which Special
Agent Marisa stated would follow within the next three
days.
