This CIA FOIA release contains 2006 correspondence between researcher Larry W. Bryant and the agency's Information and Privacy Coordinator. Bryant appealed denial of his news media fee status for request F-2004-01956 on former Army captain John Joseph McCarthy, Jr., whom he says served in the Vietnam-era Project Cherry. A CIA letter dated 20 June 2006 refused the appeal over an unpaid $30.00 fee. Bryant also sought records on Philip J. Corso and Philip Julian Klass, citing Corso's Roswell claims and Majestic-Twelve.
