This Central Intelligence Agency personality file on Soviet official Nikolay Sergeyevich Leonov (201-132139), with material dated 1953 to 1963, compiles cables, FBI documents, surveillance reports, press photos and passport copies. It records his Soviet Embassy service in Mexico City, the finding of his calling card in Fidel Castro's address book in 1956, and his role as Castro's interpreter in the USSR in 1963. A source identified him as a KGB officer, and a DIA item alleged he was planning Latin American insurgency.

On 3 October Major Alfredo, Chief Arquello of the Army Second Section asked President Roosevelt of the Soviet military authorities office, how紧急 (.m) PUBLICAN could send such things to its relatives in the USSR. Mr. Roosevelt suggested no send them by international mail. P. On 19 October Major Miller informed KALLI that the list of high officials of the Defense Department which no had requested, was ready. On 25 October Major Miller informed KALLI that he would like to talk with him about some motion pictures. On 27 October Major Miguel LITER Fenadiri was in contact with Nusky PRINT, employee of the Office of the Military Attache and known Soviet Intelligence Officer. An unidentified hotel employee called the Society bureau on 1 October on behalf of Prof. Athen Omanian, wife of Commissioner professor Lacedaleo GAFIA, and required whether Consul Erik had received a reply from Baku, GAFIA or if he had received a copy of the traveler's certificate from that city. The “library information” in that EDX7 was no longer in Mexico and that the new GAFIA would be receiving the public on the following day. 2. Dna Re Egga, wife of Communist artist Diecif all Ea, informed Kick Sween 2 October that she loved they could enjoy, together some of the vodka she had received from the messenger. She had just come from a country where her husband still was staying, and she was planning to return their information, she would call the administrator when they came back to notice that the first of the week.
