This Central Intelligence Agency file, released in 2025, collects 1968 cable traffic and dispatches between CIA headquarters' Western Hemisphere Division and the JMWAVE station about AMBUD dependency payments to families of Bay of Pigs brigade members. It covers closing trust accounts held by the agent AMTIKI-1, settling the account of a dead brigade member's mother, and handing case administration to MHMUTUAL. It also contains 1960 financial reports of the Democratic Revolutionary Front. The file has no UFO content.

She was also informed that in view of the apparent hardship resulting from her misunderstanding of the procedures, a gratuity payment of $275.00 was enclosed and that no further payments will be made.

3. The Station proposes sending a lotter to the lawyer advising him that the assistance in question was in the nature of a gratuity and was in no way based on a contract of insurance and that when it was learned that Mrs. FRITZ was not PEREZ' widow it became necessary to discontinue the payments. Attached herewith is a copy of the proposed draft response, which was coordinated with Louis K. STORSELL from OGC while on TDY at JMWAVE. Prompt Headquarters concurrence is requested.
