This Central Intelligence Agency dossier on Cuban exile leader Manuel Ray Rivero was released in 2023 under the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Act. It contains biographical sketches of Ray as Castro's Minister of Public Works and later leader of the MRP and JURE, a 1965 report on his views of anti-Castro tactics, a Spanish report on his 1965 Madrid visit, and 1977 cables answering an FBI request. Those cables note he was declared persona non grata in Jamaica in December 1976.

The following information supplemental to reference was acquired during two station meetings with AWIMG-1 (21 and 23 June 1976) and several meetings with (15/1977-1 during the same period. 2. (In relation to the return of Subject to Cuba, Subject told QUESTION-1 on 12 July that he had received permission to return and had discussed this with ANTAM-1 earlier that same day.) Although ANTAM-1 expressed doubts concerning the character and general population of Subject, he nevertheless told that Subject, in conjunction with his brother (201-73462), had potential for contact within military circles in Cuba. 3. In general no doubt it would have made during the conversations between Ahmadol and subject in Madrid. However, various means of communication were established for future contact: A. Mail.
