This Central Intelligence Agency dossier on Cuban exile leader Manuel Ray Rivero was released in 2023 under the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Act. It contains biographical sketches of Ray as Castro's Minister of Public Works and later leader of the MRP and JURE, a 1965 report on his views of anti-Castro tactics, a Spanish report on his 1965 Madrid visit, and 1977 cables answering an FBI request. Those cables note he was declared persona non grata in Jamaica in December 1976.

It would be appreciated if your office would provide us with any additional information concerning a lot of weapons from: Eruquiaga Arms Company 15036 Froctor Avenue City of Industry, California which was located recently by your representatives at: Apex Kifle Company 7623 San Fernando Road Sun Valley (California) We are specifically interested in ascertaining (a) the quantity and the type of weapons which were located and whether or not they were confiscated and (b) to whom the arms actually belong. For your information we have a report that the weapons were specially made for Manolo RAY, Cuban exile leader.
