This Central Intelligence Agency dossier on Cuban exile leader Manuel Ray Rivero was released in 2023 under the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Act. It contains biographical sketches of Ray as Castro's Minister of Public Works and later leader of the MRP and JURE, a 1965 report on his views of anti-Castro tactics, a Spanish report on his 1965 Madrid visit, and 1977 cables answering an FBI request. Those cables note he was declared persona non grata in Jamaica in December 1976.

A) supposedly contains the names of all those with whom subject was in correspondence - at least as far as is reflected by the records which the L.A. County District Attorney has in his possession. 2. Excl. (B) shows the JURX markings on the receiver of subject's MR-6h, as previously reported in ref (a). 3. Encl. (C) is a packet of 6 letters and translations having to do with Peru. 4. Encl. (D) represents miscellaneous photos of subject's products. All are regarded by fire arms experts as outstanding in performance. 5. The enclosures made available by the LARB, are all for retention.
