This is an undated Central Intelligence Agency document with an estimated publication date of 1950, and its extracted text is badly garbled. It holds tables of techniques meant to improve the product of interrogation. The entries cover drugs such as Rauvolfia for reducing anxiety, radiant energy or current applied to the brain's temporal lobe, electroshock and convulsion, hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestion, and sleep and narcosis. It also lists lobotomies, brain-washing techniques and extra-sensory perception. The text does not mention any UFO or UAP subject.
