This CIA document, released in February 2010, is a program summary of a Rede Globo television newscast broadcast from Rio de Janeiro in Portuguese at 2300 GMT on 17 September 1993. It lists 21 news items with their lengths. The items include a clash between military police and striking teachers in Sao Paulo, new coins, an asteroid that killed the dinosaurs, and Paulo Cesar Farias. It also notes a one-minute program reminder about girls abducted by UFOs.
