This Central Intelligence Agency release is a program list (comlist) of Soviet Radio Peace and Progress broadcasts for 9 December 1990. It sets out 14 items under the headings Global/Disarm, Americas, Mideast and USSR, noting each item's speaker, length and broadcast language. Topics include the Gulf crisis, Central American and Paraguayan politics, and the Soviet peace committee. One Arabic-language item has journalist Ahmad Abu Rashad discussing the Soviet economic crisis and the phenomenon of UFOs. The document was approved for release in February 2010.
