This unclassified Central Intelligence Agency message, dated 16 November 1990, is a consolidated list of Moscow radio, TV and TASS items monitored that day. It lists reports on Gorbachev's 16 November address to the USSR Supreme Soviet, the Persian Gulf crisis, Soviet-Canadian talks, nuclear tests, East European party leaders' meeting, and the Soviet economy. One Korean-language youth program item notes new Soviet publications on UFOs.
