This unclassified Central Intelligence Agency release is a Moscow Consolidated comlist dated 13 November 1990. It indexes Soviet radio, TV and TASS items from that day by topic. Listed items include the opening of the world trade union congress and Gorbachev's address to military deputies. The index also covers Yeltsin's report to the RSFSR Supreme Soviet on his meeting with Gorbachev, the Gulf crisis and the Soviet-German treaty. Its only UFO reference is a four-minute item on the first issue of a new Soviet magazine, "We and the UFO's."
