This unclassified Central Intelligence Agency message dated 29 December 1990 is a consolidated list of Soviet broadcast and TASS items from Moscow for that day. It summarizes more than 100 items on topics including the Gulf crisis, disarmament, Soviet foreign relations, nationalities issues, Gorbachev's economic decrees and the Congress of People's Deputies. The only UFO reference is a note that a Radio Moscow "Moscow Mailbag" program included discussions on UFOs.
