This Central Intelligence Agency document, dated 21 December 1990 and approved for release in 2010, is a consolidated list of Soviet radio, television and TASS items monitored from Moscow that day. It summarizes coverage of Shevardnadze's resignation, the Congress of People's Deputies, the Persian Gulf, and the ROK president's visit, among other topics.
