This is a Central Intelligence Agency Operations Center watch log dated 28 October 1975. Most of its timed entries are blank. The entry at 0610 records that the NMCC representative told the Operations Center that a DDO Talker carried an update on the penetration of Loring AFB, Maine by one or more unidentified helicopters flying out of Canada. The Operations Center received a copy via LDX and disseminated it. The page was approved for release on 9 December 1977 and again in February 2010.
