This is a Central Intelligence Agency routing slip dated 24 March 1967. It is a short internal transmittal record with no substantive report attached in the text. A handwritten remark says the original and copies were sent to Dr. Ratchford on 27 March 1967, and he would forward them to Dr. Condon. A second note says the book looked acceptable to the writer and asks a colleague to check it for any major problems.
