Vilenskaya compiled it in Moscow in 1971. It lists Soviet and foreign works on telepathy, bioenergetics, dermo-optic sensitivity, yoga and autogenic training, followed by a list of journals and foreign writing on Soviet research. Appended is a 1952 CIA foreign-press report from Vienna's Die Presse on two fiery disks over the Belgian Congo uranium mines, which Commander Pierre chased in a fighter.
