This Central Intelligence Agency transmittal, issued by the Chief of the Liaison Division, Central Reference, dated 8 February 1956, was addressed to the Director of Intelligence at U.S. Air Force headquarters. It forwards one copy of a tabulation of statements made by each member of a party about an unidentified flying object they saw on 4 October 1955 while on the train from Baku to Tiflis. The Office of Scientific Intelligence prepared the tabulation.
