This Central Intelligence Agency memo, dated 4 March 1955, is addressed to the Chief of the Chicago Office. It says that a CIA component is interested in obtaining the wire recording of a radio program in which an unidentified code was heard. The memo asks the office to arrange a loan of the recording if the owners will not release it permanently, and to return it to headquarters.
