This is a Central Intelligence Agency cover letter from Philip Stronge to Major Lawrence Tacker, dated 4 June 1958. It follows up a telephone discussion between Tacker and a member of Stronge's office. The letter forwards a letter from Leon Davidson, who was still asking about UFOs, along with a copy of the CIA's reply telling him that his query had been passed to the Air Force for an answer. The letter itself contains no findings about any sighting.
