This is a Central Intelligence Agency cover letter dated 20 December 1957. Philip G. Strong, Deputy Assistant Director, wrote it to Dr. Thornton Page of the Johns Hopkins University Operations Research Office in Chevy Chase, Maryland. It follows up a prior conversation about unidentified flying objects and encloses a copy of a letter to the Air Force and the declassified version of the Panel Report. The letter gives no findings of its own.
