This is a Central Intelligence Agency information report dated 2 September 1952 and released with the title "(Deleted) Flying Saucers." The surviving text quotes an account of a large formation of "Flying Saucers" seen above Arnhem on 24 July at about 6:30. A woman, whose name is withheld, and her four children watched the objects come from the North in a V formation. They saw them for several minutes before the objects suddenly disappeared to the South.

CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY INFORMATION REPORT 4. "On July 24 at about 6:30 a big formation of 'Flying Saucers' was seen above Arnhem. Mrs. and her four children, two sons of 16 and 13 and two daughters of 12 and 10, saw them coming in 'V' formation from the North and they could see them for several minutes before they suddenly disappeared to the South."
